Oloola Congratulates Col. Babatunde on his Promotion
The Oloola of Ilara, Oba Dr. Mutiu Alani Adedimeji Oyede-Lawal congratulates Col. FESTUS Babarinde Babatunde on his promotion to the rank of Colonel in the Nigerian Army.
